It is a unique summit organised by Bharati Vidyapeeth IMED to know the skill gap between what industry expects and what institutions offer .

Dr. Sachin Vernekar, Dean FMS and Director IMED in his speech emphasised that through such kind of summits IMED as an academic institute gets expectations of industry from the management education. It helps institute to bridge a skill gap between what industry expects and what academics offer. Dr. Vernekar emhasised that the IMED being a leading management institute will take steps to reduce this gap by providing opportunity to students to groom themselves through various programs. For this, the institute follows innovative teaching methodologies, revising syllabus and providing a connect to a society.
Devendra Deshmukd, CEO eZest Solutions said For the students having higher degrees should select entrepreneurship. They should focus learning and should inculcate the skills like ownership, innovative thinking and value creation. He has given a mantra to the students that “Dream job does not exist, students have to create it.”
