The accused has been identified as Kisan Sitaram Jagtap (46), a resident of Narlicha Mala in Purandar taluka of Pune district in Maharashtra. He had murdered Sunita Balu Kadam (44), a resident of Vaiduwadi, Hadapsar.

Sunita’s married daughter has lodged a complaint at Hadapsar police station. According to police, Sunita was living in Vaiduwadi with her daughter and son-in-law.
