IOCL Recruitment 2020: 436 Vacancies For Apprentices In IOCL, Online Application To Start From November 23
Pune, November 21, 2020: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has invited applications from candidates for recruitment to the posts of an apprentice. Eligible candidates will be able to apply online by visiting the official website, ‘iocl.com’. The process of applying online on the official website will start from November 23, 2020. The last date to apply is December 19, 2020.
A total of 436 vacancies of apprentices are to be filled under this recruitment. For detailed information, candidates can check the notification by visiting the official website of IOCL.

Educational Qualification and Age Limit
Different educational qualifications are prescribed for different trades/disciplines. For detailed information on educational qualification, you can check the notification. At the same time, the age of the candidate should be between 18 to 24 years by November 30, 2020, for General/EWS candidates. Whereas, for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWBD candidates, the maximum age limit will be relaxed as per the rule.
Apprenticeship training period
The Trade Apprentice- Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentice) and Trade Apprentice- Data Entry Operator (Skilled Certificate Holders) will undergo 15 months of training. At the same time, 12 months training will be given to the selected candidates for all other subjects.
Selection Process and Exam Pattern
Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination and meeting the notified eligibility criteria. The duration of the written examination will be 90 minutes. Objective type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) will be asked in the written examination. The total number of questions will be 100. All questions will be in both Hindi and English language.
