Khadki: 3 new COVID cases reported today, 19 discharged

Khadki, 17 Aug, 2020: With 3 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) cases today, the total tally of positive patients reached 960 in the Khadki Cantonment Board (KCB) area. Out of 960, a total of 691 people have been cured while 28 have died.

 

According to KCB, there are still 241 active patients undergoing treatment. 39 of them are admitted to Khadki Cantonment Hospital , while others are admitted in different hospitals in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad.  Out of 241 active cases, a total of 137 cases are admitted from army area. There are 218 people under home quarantine while 2012 have completed the quarantine period.

 

Across Maharashtra, 11,391 people got discharged from hospitals while 8,493 new cases and 228 deaths were reported today. The total number of COVID cases has reached 6,04358  out of which 4,28,514 people have recovered and 20,265  have died. There are 1,55,268 active cases.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 2,647,663  across the country. Out of this, 1,919,842 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 50,921 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 676,900 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
