Kishor Londhe, a youth from Pune won the best short film prize at the ”Life Safety International Film Festival 2019” In Pristina Kosova ( Europe ).

13 FEB 2019, Pune- Kishor Londhe, a Youth from Pune bagged the Best Short Film Award for his short film ‘The Captivity’ in the ”Life Safety International Film Festival 2019” in Pristina Kosova (Europe) . The fest had 900 entries from 92 countries which were shortlisted to a final 750 out of these, only six films were selected in Best Short Film category.

‘The Captivity’ tells the story of the bad phase of today’s journalism and despite being a strong pillar of the democracy how it has fallen to the lowest level by the government & the politicians. This Short film has already won a lot of praise in International Short Film Festivals organised in Europe, U S, Italy, Russia, Africa etc. ‘The Captivity’ is produced by Avinash Londhe, picturised by Pritesh Gavande and directed by Kishor Londhe.
