Koul , Salunkhe win ANP Run Pune Run Charity Marathon

Pune, 19th March 2023: Ashwani Koul and Deepmala Salunkhe won the Men’s and Women’s Full Marathon at the ANP Run Pune Run marathon in Pune in collaboration with Runbuddies Races.

In the 42km Men Open Category Ashwani Koul clocked 3 hours 32 minutes and 36 seconds to finish winner , Vijay Ghadge(3: 57:14) finished Second, while Pratik Maskar(3:57:33) finished third

In the 42km Women Open Category Deepmala Salunkhe(4:43:14) finished winner while Reshma(4:50:18) finished second .

Other winners include Anurag Konkar 10KM (16 to 30 age group) , Nikhil Ugale 10km(30 to 45 age group), Ganesh More 10km(45 to 60 age group), Laxmanrai Dahihande 10km (Above 60 age group). Arjun Tomar won the 21km(16 to 30 age group) Ankura Chudhari won the women’s event

In the 21km(30 to 45 age group) Chinmay Shah emerged winner in the men’s section while Vidita Mungi finished the women’s winner in the same category.

Nobuo Shimamura and Arati Prabhu won the Men’s and women’s event in 21km(45 to 60 age group)

The ANP Run Pune Run Charity Half Marathon (42Kms) and other races received overwhelming response with over 2200 runners participating was conducted by Run Buddies Club

The ANP Run Pune Run Charity Half Marathon was organized with a cause to promote a healthier lifestyle and to reach out to the underprivileged and the disenfranchised who have been long neglected and provide them with the necessary healthcare they require, specifically providing complimentary Kidney dialysis.

The prizes were given away at the hands of Mr Sunil Adwani( Managing Director , ANP Corp), Mr.Manohar Pherwani, Mr.Nana Kate, Mr.Chetan Bhujbal, Mr.Rishi Adwani, Mr.Sourabh Adwani and Mr.Tanuj Pherwani. Mr.Arvind Bijwe, Shilpa Gopinath of Run Buddies Club were present on the occasion.Following are the results:

10km(45 to 60 age group):

Men: 1.Ganesh More(46:26), 2.Ashish Sharma(47:38), 3.Anish Hadawale(51:15);

10km (Above 60 age group):

Men: 1.Laxmanrao Dahihande(1:03:31), 2.Brig Israni(1:09:51);

21km(16 to 30 age group):

Men: 1.Arjun Tomar(1:26:51), 2.Abhinav Chauhan(1:28:24), 3.Rohit Karmarkar(1:40:35);
