LPG Will Be Available For Incinerators At Crematoriums In Pune At Subsidised Rates
Pune, 27th October 2021: Moreshwar HP Gas agency has decided to provide LGP to the crematorium run by Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) at a subsidised rate which is 17.71% less than the current price.
Standing committee president Hemant Rasane in a press conference said that the various crematorium in the city requires LGP for running incinerators. “The tenders were floated and Moreshwar agency was selected”, he said.
The LPG will be provided at Vaikunth, Yerwada, Bibvewadi, Hadapsar, Vishrantwadi, Bopodi, Aundh, Wanwadi, Katraj, Dhankawadi, Koregaon Park, Pashan, Vadgaonsheri, Mundhwa, Naidu for dogs and other big animals.
“An estimated budget of Rs 82.3 lakh has been earmarked for it”, he informed.
