Pune, 13th September 2025: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will start accepting online applications for the 10th class examination 2026 from Monday, September 15. The exams are scheduled to be conducted in February-March 2026.

Regular students will submit their applications online through their schools using the Pen-ID on the ‘UDISE Plus’ platform. The State Board has directed that applications for re-examiners, private students with enrollment certificates, students taking credit transfers under the upgradation scheme, rare subjects, and industrial training institute students must also be submitted online through the school principals via the official website, www.mahahsscboard.in.

The application window will remain open until October 6. All secondary schools are required to update accurate details about the school, institution, recognized subjects, and teaching staff in the school profile before submitting student applications.

After submission, a pre-list of students will be generated through the schools’ login on the board portal. Schools must print this pre-list, verify all student information against the General Register, and ensure accuracy. The board has instructed that each page of the pre-list should be signed and stamped.

Additionally, secondary schools are required to pay the examination fee via RTGS, and the receipt, challan, and student lists along with the pre-list will be notified once the submission period concludes, the board clarified.

The State Board has emphasized the importance of accurate data submission to avoid errors during the examination process and ensure smooth conduct of the 10th class exams next year.
