Mumbai, 14th October 2025: Shocking details have emerged from the ongoing third round of medical admissions in Maharashtra, as the State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) found that documents uploaded by 152 newly registered students were incorrect. The CET Cell has issued notices to all these students, directing them to clarify their cases and submit valid documents by Thursday, October 16, noon.

The third round of medical admissions is currently being conducted through the CET Cell. After the provisional merit list for this round was released, several new students submitted fresh admission applications. However, the CET Cell reportedly received multiple complaints about discrepancies in the uploaded documents of some applicants.

Acting on these complaints, officials carried out a preliminary verification of all newly submitted documents. During the scrutiny, it was discovered that 152 students had uploaded documents that were either incorrect or not in compliance with the required format.

Following the verification, the CET Cell issued official notices to these students via e-mail, instructing them to re-upload the original and authentic documents before the deadline.

The CET Cell has clearly stated that candidates who fail to submit the correct documents within the stipulated time will be excluded from the third round of medical admissions.
