Mumbai, 30th January 2023: In a major development, the Maharashtra government has recently released a Government Resolution (GR), bearing the reference number bdlyaa-2023-24, announcing substantial educational reforms throughout the state. The GR encompasses a wide range of initiatives, including curriculum development, teacher training, and infrastructure enhancement, with the objective of elevating the quality of education and improving learning outcomes.

Establishment of New Educational Institutions: The GR highlights the forthcoming establishment of numerous educational institutions across Maharashtra. These institutions will cater to students at various education levels, including primary, secondary, and higher education, ensuring a holistic approach to learning.
Appointment of Key Officials: To oversee the successful implementation of the educational reforms, the GR highlights the appointment of esteemed officials to key positions. Notable appointments mentioned include Ms. Prashtbhaa Pralhad Praacay as the Director of Vocational Education and Training, Mr. Umi Jnyanand Palre as the Director of Technical Education, and Ms. Shanshila K. Lai as the Principal of the Industrial Training Institute.
