Maharashtra: Now Get Your Land 7/12 Extract On Mobile
Pune, October 7, 2020: After imprinting watermark logo on the 7/12 extract, now you can download your 7/12 extract on your mobile handset. For the first time in 50 years, the state has adopted this change making the process transparent and digital.
You can download the extract from https://digitalsatbara.mahabhumi.gov.in. The land revenue has created OTP based logging in for downloading it. When you logged in on the website, after putting your mobile number you will get registered on the site. Immediately, you will be able to see your 7/12 extract with a digital signature.
You will have to pay a fee of Rs 15 only for downloading one copy of the extract. The digitalization of 7/12 extract is taking place at a very fast pace. Among the 2.53 crore extract, digitalization of 2.50 extract has been over.
