Maharashtra: Reserved Category Students To Get Admission According To Certificate Receipt

Pune, January 21, 2021: The higher and technical education minister Uday Samant, on his official twitter account, declared that students who are applying for graduation and PG courses through reserved category will be given admission according to certificate receipt. This will be considered as temporary admission and will be finalised after the original certificate received by the authority.

The decision was taken on Wednesday(20th January) in the state cabinet meeting. Samant said, “The CET cell decided to allow admission to the student applying from various reserve categories like EWS, NCL and CVC will be allowed based on their certificate receipt. But it will be considered as temporary and they are required to submit the original certificate before the completion of the final admissions procedure.”
