Maharashtra: Students Will Not Be Allowed To Enter Examination Hall For Board Exams After Entry Time

Pune, 2nd February 2023: For class 10th and 12th examinations conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, students will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after 10:30 am in the morning session and 2:30 pm in the afternoon session. Also, in case of misbehaviour during the examination, the relevant students will be cancelled and barred from the next examination, and action will be taken to file a case with the police.

The state board will conduct the class 12th exam from 21st February to 1st March 2023, while the class 10th exam will be held from 2nd to 25th March. In this background, the instructions for the students regarding the examination have been given by the secretary of the state board, Anuradha Oak, to the principal through a circular.

Last year, the state board had given some concessions to the students due to the coronavirus outbreak. It included examination centres in schools and junior colleges, extra 15 to 30 minutes for the examination, and others. But this year, these concessions have been cancelled as the examination will be held in regular mode.
