Mumbai: Actress Gehana Vasisth Arrested In Porn Video Racket Case, Had Upload 85 Adult Videos On Her Website
Mumbai, February 7, 2021: Actress Gehana Vasisth has been arrested by the Crime Branch’s property cell for her alleged role in shooting porn videos and uploading them on a website. She will be produced in a Mumbai court today, informed Mumbai Police.
According to police, Gehana shot over 85 pornographic films and uploaded them on websites. The adult videos were viewed after paying membership fees of Rs 2000.
Apart from this, the police are also monitoring the involvement of other models, side actresses and some production houses. They are accused of uploading adult films shot by gangs, edited on mobile apps and websites.
Gehana (34), who won the crown of Miss Asia Bikini, has worked in commercials, Hindi and Telugu cinema.
Significantly, in Mumbai, while busting a gang making porn movies, the police arrested five people. Models struggling to find work in Bollywood were pushed into porn films by promising them roles in web series. After this, these people used to upload these dirty films on social media apps and websites.
Those arrested include a male actor, a light man and a female photographer and graphic designer. These people were caught during a raid on a bungalow in Madh area of Malad. The shooting of porn film was going on with the help of mobile phone cameras here.
During the raid, a woman was freed from the clutches of the gang. The arrested woman said that she used to upload scenes on the Internet and social media apps after shooting them. People were asked to subscribe and they were charged money for showing them.
