Mumbai-Pune Train Operations Impacted: Waterlogging Forces Cancellations and Diversions

Pune, 19th July 2023: Due to incessant rainfall leading to waterlogging on the tracks between Ambarnath and Badlapur stations, several trains have been impacted, causing cancellations and route changes.

Train Cancellations on July 20:

Pune – Mumbai Deccan Queen Express (Train Number 12124)
Pune – Mumbai Sinhgad Express (Train Number 11010)
Mumbai – Pune Deccan Express (Train Number 11007)
Mumbai – Pune Intercity Express (Train Number 12127)
Mumbai – Pune Indrayani Express (Train Number 22105)
Train Cancellations on July 19:

Mumbai – Pune Deccan Queen Express (Train Number 12123)
Mumbai – Pune Sinhgad Express (Train Number 11009)
Pune – Mumbai Deccan Express (Train Number 11008)
Pune – Mumbai Intercity Express (Train Number 12128)
Pune – Mumbai Indrayani Express (Train Number 22106)

Additionally, on July 19, Train Number 11030 Kolhapur – Mumbai Koyna Express, originally destined from Kolhapur to Mumbai, is also short-terminated at Pune due to the adverse conditions on the Pune-Mumbai route.

Moreover, Train Number 11139 Mumbai – Gadag Express that is scheduled to depart from Mumbai on July 19 will originate from Pune instead of Mumbai.

Train Number 22943 Daund – Indore Express will be diverted via Daund – Manmad – Jalgaon – Surat route on July 19.
