Pune district Collector, PMC, Irrigation Departmet to organis an urgent meeting withing 24 hours to discuss and implement the directions of the NGT.- artificial ponds to built up more in number, presently 114 Tanks available, Sludge of ganesh idols to be sent to landfill site identified by PMC and collector and approved with specific rules by MPCB, landfill site selection shall be done by approval of MPCB, Sludge disposal shall be done under the supervision of Regional Officer of MPCB, for more artificial Tanks PMC shall take participation by the Builders whose buildings are under construction, artificial tank shall be supported by STP. Ganesh madals who immerse big idols and POP idols shall be penalty woth tax by PMC, Above directions are for this year.
