NBEMS Recruitment 2021: Application For 42 Posts To Begin Soon

New Delhi, 17th June 2021: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Science (NBEMS) under the Union Ministry of Health has released an advertisement for recruitment to various posts in the Pay Matrix Level two, four and seven of 7th CPS.

 

According to the recruitment advertisement issued by the Board, eligible candidates can apply for recruitment to eight posts of Senior Assistant, 30 posts of Junior Assistant, and four posts of Junior Accountant.

 

How to apply?

Interested candidates will be able to apply through the online application form that will be available on the official website of the National Board of Examinations. The online application process is to start from 15th July 2021 at 9 AM and the candidates will be able to submit their applications by 14th August 2021. At the time of online application, candidates will have to pay the application fee – Rs 1500 and 18% GST. However, SC, ST, Divyang, and female candidates would be given complete exemption in the application fee.

 

Eligibility criteria: 

  • Senior Assistant – Degree from a recognized University. The age limit is 27 years.
  • Junior Assistant – Senior Secondary (12th) passed from a recognized board with proficiency in computer and basic software package. The age limit is 27 years.
  • Junior Accountant – Graduate in Maths or Statistics or Commerce Graduate from a recognized University. The age limit is 27 years.

There is also a provision for relaxation in the upper age limit as per the rules of the government. 5 years for SC / ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Divyang (Unreserved), 13 years for Divyang (OBC), and 15 years for Divyang (SC / ST).

 

Selection Process: The candidates will be selected through a two-stage process, interviews will not be taken. Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted in the first phase. There will be 200 questions with 200 marks. The duration of the exam will be 180 minutes. There will also be a negative marking of 0.25 marks in the exam. Computer Knowledge and Skill Test will be conducted in Stage 2. This exam will be of 100 marks for 75 minutes. The final selection list will be made as per merit based on marks of both stages.
