Pune, 31st May 2025: In a major relief for citizens, the days of visiting government offices multiple times to get land-related documents are soon to be over. The first ‘Bhu-Pranam’ center in Pune district has been launched in Pimpri-Chinchwad, offering services like 7/12 land extracts, property mutation records, colorful land maps, digitally signed Satbara records, and more—all under one roof.

30 Districts to Get Centers in First Phase

Modeled after the popular Setu Facilitation Centers, the Maharashtra government has started the first phase of this initiative in 30 districts across the state. The Land Records Department, which handles land measurement and documentation, will now offer all key land-related records to the public through these modern service centers.
