NIA Raids Popular Front of India Office In Pune

Kondhwa, 22nd September 2022: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is conducting searches at the office of the Popular Front of India (PFI) in Kondhwa, Pune. The political party is under the radar of central agencies after many of its members were found involved in various crimes.

The NIA team is accompanied by jawans of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) for security cover. The office is located in the Madinah Hotel lane near Kausarbaugh masjid.

There has been a nationwide raids by NIA and ED against terror funding suspects and detained nearly 100 PFI activists for allegedly supporting terrorists.
