Once Again Pune District Crossed 1.5 Lakh Covid Vaccination Mark!

Pune, 11th September 2021: A total of 1.55 lakh COVID vaccine doses were administered in the Pune district today taking the total vaccination doses to date to 90.80 lakh.
About 65.06 lakh people have got the first dose while 25.74 lakh people have got two doses.
Pune Zilla Parishad CEO Ayush Prasad said about 82,000 doses out of 1.55 lakh doses were administered in rural areas today.
“I salute all the people who left the festivities in their homes and chose to be on duty to vaccinate. As the administration, we did not put any pressure on anyone to work today. It was by their own motivation to do their duty and save lives. I salute everyone who worked towards this incredible feat”, he said.
