PCMC: 1014 New COVID Cases, 515 discharged today
Pimpri, 08 September 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 1014 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 515 people got discharged from hospitals while 16 people died today.
According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 57,507 out of which 47,592 have recovered while 959 have died. 5693 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 882 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 236 have died and 2791 have been cured.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 4,280,422 across the country. Out of this, 3,323,950 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 72,775 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 883,697 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
