PCMC: 544 New Covid Positive Cases, 13 Deaths Today
Pimpri, 4, October, 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 544 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 691 people got discharged from hospitals while 13 people died today.
According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 80,480 out of which 73,671 have recovered while 1361 have died. 3434 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 589 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 518 have died and 5218 have been cured.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 6,549,373 across the country. Out of this, 55,09,966 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 101,782 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 937,625 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
