PCMC: 593 New COVID Cases, 1031 Patients Discharged Today
Pimpri, 31 August 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 593 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 1031 people got discharged from hospitals while 12 people died today.
According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 49,330 out of which 36,757 have recovered while 866 have died. 5456 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 930 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 186 have died and 1915 have been cured.
Across Maharashtra, 11,158 people got discharged from hospitals while 11,852 new cases and 184 deaths were reported today. The total number of COVID cases has reached 7,92,541 out of which 5,73,559 people have recovered and 24,583 have died. There are 1,94,056 active cases.
