Pimpri Chinchwad: Election Officer Urges Voters to Check Polling Stations Ahead of Elections
Chinchwad, 11th November 2024: Anil Pawar, Assistant Election Returning Officer for Chinchwad Constituency in the upcoming Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Elections, has appealed to voters. He stated that the elections will be held on November 20th and encouraged voters to visit the official website of the Election Commission of India, https://electoralsearch.eci.gov.in/pollingstation, today to check their polling station locations and avoid a rush on election day.
For the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Elections, Chinchwad Constituency has a total of 6,63,622 voters, including 3,48,450 male voters, 3,15,115 female voters, and 57 transgender voters. In comparison, during the Lok Sabha Elections, Chinchwad Constituency had 6,18,245 voters, including 3,27,961 male voters, 2,90,239 female voters, and 45 transgender voters. Pawar also informed that 45,377 new voters have been added in preparation for the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Elections.
