PMPML will get 150 buses from the central government’s ‘FAME-2’ scheme. 40 of these buses were received by PMPML in December. One bus is worth Rs 1 crore 95 lakhs. These 90 buses have been registered with the Regional Transport Office (RTO).

For the past few days, the depot was not getting the electricity required to charge the buses. Due to this, the work of the buses was stopped for a few days. However, the problem has been solved now. The e-depot requires 5700 kilowatts of electricity, which is being completed now. Therefore, it has been decided that the bus will be inaugurated soon.
