Pre-Leased 1BHK and 2BHK Homes with Assured Rent Introduced in Pune West
Pune, 5th March 2026: Dream Works Realty, a real estate channel partner firm, has announced a pre-leased residential investment opportunity in Pune West near Chandani Chowk, targeting investors seeking steady rental income and long-term property appreciation.
According to the company, the project has been developed by Mont Vert Developer and is powered by SQFT Realtech. It offers pre-leased 1 BHK and 2 BHK residential units that will be operated by an assisted living service provider. The project is expected to offer an average return on investment of around 7.5 to 8 per cent, according to the company.
Dream Works Realty said the units will be managed by a professional operator, with the aim of reducing maintenance responsibilities for investors. Other features include a long-term lease agreement, dedicated parking for each unit and a rental structure that may help offset home loan EMIs for buyers.
