Pune: 16-Year-Old Boy Records Video Of Home Tutor In Washroom, FIR Registered
Karve Nagar, 1st April 2022: In a shocking incident, a 16-year-old boy allegedly put a mobile phone in the washroom with a recording on before his home tutor went to answer nature’s call.
Based on the complaint from the 56-year-old woman teacher, an FIR has been registered at Alankar police station. The incident took place between March 3 to 30, 2022.
According to police, the woman has been teaching English to the boy at his home for the last five years. It has come to light that the teenager had earlier recorded a video of her chest.
Pune city police have booked the boy for offences under section 354C (voyeurism) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and section 66E (punishment for violation of privacy) of the Information Technology (IT) Act. Police Inspector (Crime) Sangeeta Patil is further investigating the case.
