Pune: 75-Year-Old Woman Molested By Neighbour
Pune, 9th March 2023: A 75-year-old senior citizen woman living in the Pashan area was molested and beaten up by her neighbour. The police informed on Thursday that a case has been registered against the accused at the Chatushrungi Police Station. The incident took place on 3rd January, but the woman filed a complaint with the police after some delay.
The victim, a 75-year-old woman, and the accused live next door to each other. On the day of the incident, the accused kicked the safety grill door of the woman for no reason, so the victim questioned him about it. At that time, the accused aggressively and brazenly pushed the woman, twisted her hand, groped her, and molested her.
Police Sub-Inspector S Bhalerao of Chatushrungi Police Station is conducting further investigation into this matter.
