Pune: 81,000 people registered in one day for 5647 houses of MHADA

Pune, December 12, 2020: The Pune Divisional Housing and Area Development Board (Pune MHADA) has started online registration for 5,647 flats in Pune, Solapur, Sangli and Kolhapur district. 81,004 citizens have registered in one day. After the announcement of the online lottery, a camp will be set up at the MHADA office to examine the documents of the citizens selected for the flats.

 

Chief Officer, Pune Division of MHADA’s Bumper Lottery for 4 districts including Pune said, “This is the biggest lottery in Pune division. Since the start of online registration, 81,004 citizens have registered in one day. So far, 1,34,000 citizens have visited MHADA’s website.”

 

These flats have been made available at a price of about 30 to 50 per cent below the market price. The flats available are 1 RK, 1 BHK and 2 BHK. After the announcement of the online lottery, the inspection of the documents of the citizens selected for the flats will be done by organizing a camp at the MHADA office, explained Mane Patil.

 

Out of 5,647 flats, there are 5,217 flats in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad city. Online registration of applications for these flats has started from 5 pm on Thursday. Online registration will continue till 12 midnight on January 11, 2021. Online application facility has been provided at https://lottery.mhada.gov.in. The results will be released online in January.

 

The flats will be made available to the citizens at affordable rates under the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme also, the flats will be made available to the citizens at affordable rates under MHADA’s projects and 20 per cent comprehensive housing scheme.
