Pune, 22nd January 2023: Beginning on Monday, private primary schools will begin accepting students for the 25% of seats that are allotted for them under the Right to Education (RTE) Act.
Schools would need to register on the RTE portal in the initial phase. Up until February 3rd, this procedure will go on. The timing for student registration will thereafter be made public. Officials have urged parents to have all necessary paperwork on hand in order to avoid any last-minute obstacles that would prevent their child from being admitted.
You cannot reapply if you have already been admitted under the 25% RTE limit. Additionally, if it turns out that incorrect information was provided on the application, admission will be revoked.
The first fee is not due until class eight for students admitted under this quota. There will be three opportunities for parents to confirm the admission.
