Pune: Application Deadline Extended For PMRDA’s Gharkul Scheme; Opportunity To Apply Till October 18
Pune, 7th October 2022: The deadline has been extended to apply for the Gharkul scheme proposed in the area of Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA). Accordingly, the application can now be made till October 18.
Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana at Peth No 12, there are 31 flats such as economically weaker sections, 29 flats for scheduled tribes and two flats for exempted castes. 793 flats are available in the low-income group category. Peth No 30-32 has 366 flats in the Economically Weaker Section (One-RK) category and 414 flats in the Low Income Group (One-BHK) category.
The houses in this project are scheduled to be handed over before December 2022. Applications have been invited from interested citizens for flats in this housing project. The prior deadline was about to expire on October 3. However, at the request of the citizens, this deadline has been extended to October 18.
