Katraj, 19th January 2022: Parents and students have been complaining about the closure of online classes for the last few days due to the non-payment of fees in Aryan World School in the Bhilarewadi area of Katraj.

Hence, the parents have lodged a complaint to the higher authorities of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education and demanded the restoration of academic loss.

Due to the lack of financial resources, parents paid only 75% of students’ fees during the pandemic. But due to the non-payment of the last instalment, online classes and scheduled internal examinations were blocked by the school.

“There should be no academic loss to the students because of non-fee payments. The school has violated the regulations set by the government, disciplinary actions should be taken against the school and students’ hours should be restored” said the parents.

According to the GR (Government Resolution) issued by the government, there are orders not to close online classes under any circumstances. However, according to the parents, online classes are still closed.

“For fee-related issues, you should block the results of the students or the school leaving certificate. But, don’t stop teaching,” said Sanjay Giri, parent.
