Pune: Ashwini Jagtap And Ravindra Dhangekar Take Oaths Of Office
Pune, 9th March 2023: After winning byelections in Kasba Peth and Chinchwad, respectively, Ashwini Jagtap of the BJP and Ravindra Dhangekar of the Congress took their oaths of office in the Assembly.
Due to the passing of BJP MLAs Laxman Jagtap and Mukta Tilak, byelections were held. In front of Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar, Jagtap and Dhangekar took their oaths.
With his victory, Dhangekar broke the BJP’s 28-year hold on the Kasba Peth seat, and the opposition gave him a warm reception.
