Pune: Autorickshaw Falls In Canal At Janta Vasahat, Driver Feared Drowned
Janta Vasahat, 31st January 2022: Around 8 pm yesterday, an autorickshaw fell into the canal in Janta Vasahat. The driver is feared to have drowned.
The fire brigade and local residents pulled out the autorickshaw but the driver could not be located. Today, a search operation is being conducted again.
According to officials, the driver had gone to drop passengers in Janta Vasahat. The incident took place after he was returning. He lost balance over the wheel and the autorickshaw whirred into the canal.
