Pune: Citizen Complains About Refusal Of E-Tickets At Airport
Pune, 22nd March 2023: Taking to Twitter, an Economist from Pune, Ameet Singh, complained about incidents where personnel at the Airport refuse to accept boarding tickets on phones.
“The anpadh gawar CISF as usual refused to accept my boarding pass on the iPhone as legit, this is usual at Pune Airport. @airvistara @IndiGo6E why don’t you guys train these people in public service, @JM_Scindia why don’t you train these folks @narendramodi?” Singh tweeted.
Singh questioned Vistara and Indigo, asking why officials are not trained about the situation.
The Government has requested airlines and travellers to use e-tickets in an environmentally-friendly move.
