Pune City: Today 1949 COVID Patients Discharged, 840 New Patients Reported
Pune, 22th May 2021: In the last 24 hours, a total of 1949 were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. 840 new patients were detected while 40 people died. Today swab samples of 11,380 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients to date has reached 4,64,916 out of which 4,44,618 have been cured while 7968 have died. There are still 12,330 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals.
