Pune: College Youths Brutally Beaten Up Over Petty Dispute, Case Registered Against Three

Katraj, 12th November 2022: The incident took place in the Bharti Vidyapeeth area where college youths were brutally beaten up due to a minor dispute in a program organized in the college during Diwali. A case has been registered against the three in this case.

The injured have been identified as Kulwant Balwan Singh (21), currently residing at Srihari Height, Ambegaon Pathar, Dhankawadi and Himanshu Mishra. A case has been registered against Samrat Vaidya, Harsh Patel, and Siddharth Sahu in this case.

Kulwant Singh has filed a complaint at Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station. Singh argued with Vaidya, Patel, and Sahu in a program organized in the college during Diwali.

Singh had left the Vidyapeeth premises at night. At that time, the accused beat up Singh and his friend Mishra with punches and kicks. They were brutally beaten with a baseball bat. Singh and Mishra were injured in the beating.

A search is on for the absconding accused and police sub-inspector Dhage is conducting further investigation.
