Pune: Day 6 Of Aarambh League Witnesses Multiple Enthusiastic Elimination Rounds Between Teams
Pune, 14th October 2022: Day six of the Aarambh League was the first round of elimination games. Some teams advanced to the upper pool, while some advanced to the next round.
Game one, from U11 Boys, was played between G&G Rookies and Slam Dunk. Slam Dunk beat G&G Rookies with a comfortable score of 19-2.
Game 2 | Ganga Constella Vs Park Infinia from the U11 Boys category. Ganga beat Park Infinia by 17-4. SamVeer from Ganga Constella scored eight points, and Aryan scored three points from Park Infinia.
Game 3 | Ganga Constella Vs Ball Boys, from U13 Boys, played their Quarter Finals. Ganga Constella and the coach grabbed their second victory of the day with a score of 14-7. Nishchay from GC scored six points, while Aryan from BB scored four.
In the 10-passes category, the first game played was Neo Wings Vs Adreno Warriors. Adreno Warriors beat the Neo Wings by 3-1.
Future Warriors Vs Minions Amanora was the second eliminator in the category. Future Warriors beat the Minions by 2-0 to advance to the next round.
Neo Ball Boys beat the Grand Bay warriors with a 1-0 score in the third game.
FC Stars beat Evara Superstars with a whopping score of 4-1 to advance to the next elimination round of the league.
The first final of the Aarambh league was played between Hardworking Hustlers and ABC Indoor in the lower pool category of U13 Girls. The Hustlers managed to grab a hard win against ABC Indoor. The score was 11-5. Hiya scored seven points for the Hustlers, while Anushka from ABC Indoor could only manage three points. Hardworking Hustlers now play in the Upper Pool.
Warriors Vs Crossovers from U13 Boys played their Semi-Finals. The score was 20-13 in a game which was a close affair till the first half. The Warriors won the game and advanced to the finals. Daksh scored 10 points, and Ashmeet scored six points for the Warriors. Aryan scored five points for the Crossovers.
Ganga Constella Vs D-fence from the U11 Boys category was played during the post-10-passes session. GC played their second game of the day and grabbed a close victory. GC won by 11-10. Nischay scored nine points for Ganga Constella, while Harshil scored four points for D-fence.
In the second session of 10 passes, the Little Giants played against the Adreno Warriors. The Little Giants won with a score of 4-0 against the warriors.
Runwal Seagulls Vs Future warriors was a close and tight game. Future warriors slipped with a 1-0 victory over the Runwal Seagulls.
Gulmohar Rockets Vs FC stars was a one-sided affair. Gulmohar Rockets beat the stars with a score of 5-1.
Razzle Dazzle Vs Neo Ball Boys was the last 10-passes game of the day, with Neo Ball Boys beating the Razzle Dazzle with a score of 1-0.
The second last game of the session came from the U11 Boys category. The Stormbreakers secured the berth of Semis by beating The Defenders with a score of 9-8. Another action-packed game concluded with Preet and Panav scoring four points each for the Stormbreakers, while Aarav and Divij scored two points each for The Defenders.
The last game was played between two top teams from the U13 Girls’ category – Arena Hustlers Vs G&G Queens. Arena Hustlers, in their second meeting with the Queens, repeated the win with a score of 22-10. Nitya scored 10 points to keep the Hustlers leading on the scoreboard. Nilay from G&G Queens contributed six points.
