Pune: Dr. Sunil Bhirud Appointed as Vice-Chancellor of COEP Technological University

Pune, 23rd January 2024: The Governor of Maharashtra has appointed Dr. Sunil Gangadhar Bhirud as the new Vice-Chancellor of COEP Technological University in Pune.

Dr. Bhirud currently serves as a professor in the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Technology at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.

The new Vice-Chancellor has been appointed for a tenure of five years from the date of assuming office or until reaching the age of 65 years, whichever comes earlier.
