Pune: ED Attaches Properties Worth Rs 26 Crore Of Former MLA Anil Bhosle In Shivajirao Bhosale Bank Misappropriation Case
Pune, 10th February 2023: In the Shivajirao Bhosale bank case, the Pune Police had taken action against bank directors Anil Shivajirao Bhosale, Suryaji Pandurang Jadhav, Nusar Shanur Mujawar and other accused. The District Court had attached Bhosale’s property in the case of cheating depositors of Rs 71 crore.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had registered a separate case in Shivajinagar police station in the case of embezzlement. The ED has seized Bhosale’s assets worth Rs 26 crore 60 lakh in Pune and Kolhapur districts.
According to ED, Bhosale had diverted the money of the depositors elsewhere.
