Pune, 13th April 2022: The education department of the Maharashtra state government has directed the Pune education officer to file a police complaint against EuroSchool Undri where a parent was manhandled over a fee payment issue on April 4.

Audumbar Ukirde, Deputy Director of Education, Pune division, said that an administrator will be appointed over the school administration.

“On Tuesday, education department officials visited the school for inquiry as we have to submit a report for its derognition. After the inquiry, we sent a letter to Pune education officer, to lodge a police complaint against the school regarding the manhandling of parents,” Ukirde told PunekarNews.in

Rajesaheb Londe, who is heading the enquiry committee, said the investigation is still on the school management has asked for a few more days time. We will soon submit a report to the senior officers.

Meanwhile, the school has readmitted the 51 students to whom it had earlier sent school leaving certificate (SLC) for non-payment of fees.
