Excise Superintendent Charan Singh Rajput informed Punekar News that similar action has been initiated against Ballr Kalyani Nagar. Show cause notices were issued on April 13th, providing the establishments with a seven-day window to respond. Further actions will be determined based on their replies.

Responding to the allegations, Heramb Shelke, the owner of Ballr, expressed dissatisfaction, stating that the officials failed to review their CCTV footage. He claimed not to have received any notice from the excise department, asserting that no action has been taken against Ballr.

Shelke questioned the basis for the department’s actions, citing reliance on a single alleged fake video as grounds for enforcement.
