Pune: Extra Trips Announced for Khadki–Hazrat Nizamuddin Special Trains

Pune, 17th October 2025: To accommodate the increased passenger demand during the Puja, Diwali, and Chhath festivals, Central Railway has announced the extension of the Khadki–Hazrat Nizamuddin Bi-Weekly Special trains.

According to an official release, the 01427 Khadki–Hazrat Nizamuddin Bi-Weekly Special, which was earlier scheduled to operate up to October 26, 2025, will now run on October 29 (Wednesday) and November 2 (Sunday) adding two additional trips.

Similarly, the 01428 Hazrat Nizamuddin–Khadki Bi-Weekly Special, earlier notified to run up to October 27, 2025, has been extended on October 30 (Thursday) and November 3 (Monday), also for two extra trips.

Booking for the extended trips of Train No. 01427 Khadki–Hazrat Nizamuddin Special will open on October 18, 2025, at all Passenger Reservation System (PRS) locations and through the IRCTC website.

The special trains will continue to run with special charges, catering to festive season travelers between Pune and Delhi.
