Pune: Gautam Pashankar, Mangesh Gole Booked For Cheating, Took Rs 2 Crore Loan On Flats Sold To Others

Chandan Nagar, 16th September 2021: An FIR has been registered against businessman Gautam Pashankar (65) and his partner Mangesh Gole for allegedly cheating two flat owners by taking Rs two crore loan on their flats.

Mahipalsingh Vijaysingh Thakor (61) of Nashik district has lodged the complaint against Pashankar, a resident of Senapati Bapat Road, and Gole, a resident of Yerwada.

According to Chandan Nagar police station, Pashankar and Gole are partners in Proxima Creations which have developed Yin Yang residential project in Kharadi. Thakor had purchased a flat for Rs 1.56 crore. Another buyer Mahindra Manse of Camp purchased a flat for Rs 81.9 lakh. However, before giving them possession of the flats the accused had taken a loan of Rs two crore by mortgaging them with Shri Venkatesh Nagari Sahkari Patsanstha.

A few days ago, an FIR was registered with Shivajinagar police station against Pashankar for duping another flat buyer from the same building.
