Pune: Girl Comes Under PMPML Wheels; Dies

Pune, 30 August 2021: Yet again putting a question mark over the safe transportation in the city, a 16-year-old girl died after coming under the wheels of a Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) bus.

“The girl Chanda Parmar who died in the incident was going on her bicycle when the incident took place”, said the police. Chanda was rushed to Sasson General Hospital, where doctors declared her dead on the arrival.

The incident took place on Saturday evening at Thorve chowk in Shivajinagar area. Police said that they will know more about the girl and the accident only after her relatives arrive at the hospital.
