Pune: Job Opportunity in Israel For Trained Caregivers; NSDC Seeks Applications from Eligible Indian Candidates
Pune, 7th May 2026: The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), in collaboration with the central government, has invited applications from eligible Indian candidates for employment opportunities in Israel in the field of home-based caregiving under the Government-to-Government (G2G) recruitment model.
Officials said trained and qualified Indian candidates will be recruited for the post of “Home-Based Caregiver” in Israel through the official process.
As per the eligibility criteria, applicants must be between 25 and 45 years of age and should have passed at least Class 10. Basic knowledge of English is mandatory. Candidates must also possess training or qualifications related to caregiving or nursing, including GDA, ANM, GNM or BSc Nursing.
Authorities clarified that candidates who have previously worked in Israel will not be eligible. Additionally, applicants whose spouse, parents or children are currently working or residing in Israel will also not qualify for the recruitment process. Candidates must hold a passport valid for at least three years.

Officials have appealed to industrial training institutes and technical colleges across the district to help spread awareness about the employment opportunity among eligible candidates.
Assistant Commissioner S. R. Varade has urged aspirants to approach the District Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Centre at Rasta Peth in Pune for further information.
