Pune Likely To Witness Cloudy Weather And Heavy Rain At Isolated Places On October 15 and 16
Pune 13th Oct 2023: After officially withdrawing from Pune district, the rain is likely to make a comeback on October 15 and 16 as the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted cloudy weather and heavy rain at isolated places in Pune during these two days. The IMD has predicted similar conditions for several other districts in Maharashtra as well for the two days.
According to the officials of IMD, a western disturbance is likely to form on around October 13 due to which the weather in Maharashtra including Pune will start changing from October 14 onwards. As a result, the district is likely to witness isolated heavy rainfall on October 15 and 16. The citizens in Pune have witnessed increased temperature in the last few days and the officials have recorded a maximum temperature above 2 to 3 degrees above normal.
The formation of western disturbance is likely to have more impact on Himalayan region and states like Punjab, Rajasthan. It is also likely to pass over the North Indian region of the country. The citizens in Pune and other districts of Maharashtra are likely to witness reduction in temperature for the next few days.
