Pune: Man Cheated Of Rs 11 Lakh With Double Return On Investment In Stock Market Promise
Hinjawadi, 5th November 2021: A man was duped for Rs 10 lakh 99 thousand 886 by saying that investing money in the stock market doubles the price. The incident took place at Marunji between December 2020 and November 2, 2021.
Sumedh Sunil Joshi, a resident of Moshi, is the name of the accused. Gajanan Krishnaraj Komatkar (35) of Buchadenagar, Marunji, has lodged a complaint at Hinjawadi Police Station under Pimpri Chinchwad police.
According to the police, the accused committed fraud by not giving the money invested by the complainant and the return on it. Hinjawadi police are investigating the matter.
