Pune: Minor Girl Molested At Post Office In Lohegaon, One Arrested
Lohegaon 17th Sept 2023: In a shocking incident reported at the Lohegaon Airport Post Office on Saturday, a minor girl who had gone to update her aadhar card was molested by a person. The police after receiving the complaint in the matter arrested the accused and a case under relevant sections was registered at the Vimantal Police Station.
According to the complaint registered with police, a 17-year-old girl was touched inappropriately by the accused in the name of taking her finger prints to update aadhar card and he later touched her waist and stomach to molest her inside the post office. The police have arrested the accused identified as Pranav Kumar Chakraborty (55), a resident of Ekta Nagar area of Lohegaon in the matter. Further investigation in the matter is underway.
