Pune-Nagpur Vande Bharat Bookings Open Today at 12 PM; Fares Start at Rs 2,040

Pune, 10th August 2025: The Ajni (Nagpur)-Pune Vande Bharat Express, the longest-running Vande Bharat in India covering 881 km, will open for bookings today, August 10, 2025, at 12:00 PM. This will be the 12th Vande Bharat train in Maharashtra and the first to connect regions including Wardha, Akola, Shegaon, Bhusaval, Jalgaon, Manmad, and the stretch between Puntamba and Daund.

The train will operate six days a week, except Tuesdays from Pune and Mondays from Ajni. Train No. 26101 Pune–Ajni Vande Bharat Express will depart Pune at 06:25 hrs from August 11, 2025, arriving at Ajni at 18:25 hrs the same day. In the return direction, Train No. 26102 Ajni–Pune Vande Bharat Express will depart Ajni at 09:50 hrs from August 12, 2025, reaching Pune at 21:50 hrs.

Halts include Wardha, Badnera, Akola, Shegaon, Bhusaval, Jalgaon, Manmad, Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, and Daund Chord Line. The train will run at an average speed of 73 kmph with 10 intermediate stops.

The service will have eight coaches, including one Executive Chair Car (EC) and seven Chair Cars (CC), accommodating 530 passengers. EC fares are ₹3,725, and CC fares start at ₹2,040.
